AI Augmented Organization - AI Starts Moving the Whole Star

This Meetup wil be held in English / Ten Meetup odbędzie się w języku angielskim

ㅤㅤ

Description:
SoftNet builds banking software for cooperative banks in Poland. First they moved to LeSS and invested in technical excellence. Then AI arrived, and it spread faster than any workshop could plan for. Using Galbraith's Star Model as a lens, this talk follows how individual experiments turned into an organizational capability: output went up 42%, the focus moved to outcomes, and that opened up new strategic options. AI doesn't make org design obsolete. It shortens its expiry date.
How AI moved strategy, structure, processes, rewards and people at a banking software company, and why org design matters more, not less.ㅤ

Speakers:
Adam Piekarczyk
Adam Piekarczyk is C.O.O. of SoftNet. He joins Jürgen on stage to connect the talk to real-life C-level experience of leading an AI-augmented organization.

ㅤ

Jurgen De Smet
Jurgen De Smet has a rare and proven gift guiding the simplification of operational structures and processes by removing all different kinds of complexities holding back talented people to rise to the challenges ahead. He has taken companies in the most risk-averse, regulated industries and made them rock star achievers of sustainable innovation. His hard-hitting introductions to systems thinking, Lean and Agile have had senior and middle managers brand new to these ideas swiftly surrender to the value they deliver and soon unable to conceive of working any other way. The core of Jurgen’s leadership is not adherence to any particular methodologies but a voracious and contagious passion for results.ㅤ
